Catacomb 2 is a workbench for developing biologically plausible network models to perform behavioral tasks in virtual environments.

• Downloads. Catacomb 2 is written in java and distributed under the Gnu GPL.
• The user documentation includes a brief user guide, numerous examples of models built with catacomb and a reference manual for the individual components. These are all included with the download and accessible from within Catacomb.
• The most recent changes are summarized in the changelog.

Catacomb is funded under grants: NSF IBN 9996177, NIH MH 60013 and NIH MH 61492 to Professor Mike Hasselmo, Boston University. Early development was funded by the Wellcome Trust and the French Minsitry of Education and Research.
